seriously though Sun Tsu also advocates priemptive strikes when you know their intention is to attack. ergo, my right fist/elbow is the strongest strike.

also staying calm is great in the dojo but if you dont allow the beast out of the cage (not that cage Andrew you are one funny man)then how are you going to beat anyone. technique is not will.

anyhoo I’m off to ‘threw’ a few beers down. as my master used to say,

just shut up and kick him in the nuts Pat! then stamp on his ankle and run for it. (don’t forget to take his drivers licence so you know whare he lives).

Although at times it is not that easy. do not underestimate your challenge simply because you have a winning mindset. just because you have the mindset does not mean it will be easy.
