Dont you understand no matter how much you state ur opinon no one else is going to change theirs. my opinon is that people who say theyre emo good for you make your own choices and stick with it but still be yourself too dont change who you are as an individual to fit some stereotype. those people that say they cut if you are going through depression talk to someone it doesnt matter who as long as you trust them i kno what im talking about ive been there… and please people im sorry but when you say ur emo you just sound like someone who wants to be. i personally have an emo scene style but no i am not “emo” as in the stereotype the music is amazing lol

Most of those quotes don’t even make sense, and not all emos cut themselves. Emo is just the abreviation of emotional and it means that you take your emotions to the highest extent. Most emos express themselves in their clothing, art, music, and writing, but some emos cut themselves to take their minds off the emotional pain they feel hence the label “cutters”; emotional pain hurts more than physical pain.

I hate emo’s who say they are emo coz they cut themselves or coz they have depression, its a shit exuse. theres no such thing as emo when ur talking about emotions, i agreee with “RSN” EMO is a fashion not an emotion. and for f*ck sake everyone goes through sh!t in their life but most emo’s i know havent been through sh!t, they think because their parents take their fone off them and they are grounded and sh!t like that, that their life is over then they rebell and get all depressed when their parents kik them out coz they caused it on themselves. There are real people out there with real problems like being raped and falling pregnant which alot of people go through or other serious sh!t like that, but they arent out there making a huge scene about it. so all EMO’s shuold grow the f*ck up and get over their pathetic problems.
